this is another of those stories I have been seeing the headlines of but some how skimming over. The photos are amazing on many different levels.
At first they started to remind me of the WTO riots in Seattle. But soon it was very obvious that this is at a much different level than what went on then. Although the anarchist symbol is staring at you in the one picture.
The mannequin on fire picture was very striking and required a double take.
Yeah, I had the same feeling. I have been hearing about it in passing for a while, but these photos really seem to bring it to light and to life. Its amazing what a good photo can do. I go back and forth between the perspective of an interested news viewer and of a photographer as I look at these.
